Your tasks
- Responding to internal inquiries regarding IT support issues (help desk first-level support) in German and English
- Analyzing finding solutions for and implementing solutions to hardware and software problems on site or remotely
- Coordinating and performing installation and maintenance of hardware and software (e.g. provision of Windows-based laptops performing Windows upgrades)
- Providing support for setting up peripheral devices (e.g. printers webcams mobile devices)
- Creation and updating of technical documentation manuals and FAQs
- Documentation of equipment inventory and support in tracking hardware assignments
- Contact person for external services for printers telecommunications and mobile phones
- Support in the introduction of new software tools and IT training initiatives
What we expect
- Completed IT training or comparable IT-related further education
- Initial professional experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic network knowledge and experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshservice or comparable systems)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Office 365 MS Teams Azure Active Directory
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and good documentation and communication skills
- A structured and proactive approach to work and a strong focus on finding solutions
- Excellent German skills and good written and spoken business English
- Resume in English
