Job Summary
Floor Care/Waxer Technicianat National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C.
Shift: 6pm-2am Monday-Friday - 40 Hours/Week
Requirements:
- Applicants must use company phone app.
- Youmustbe at or over 18 years old.
- For safety reasons youmustbe able to speak or understand English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Employee must wear non-slip shoes during working hours.
- Drivers license required.
Job Duties:
As you might expect cleaning and floor care is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:
- Buffing hard floors
- Stripping and waxing tile
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning Restrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Carpet Cleaning and extraction
