Position: Caregiver - 2203R

Starting Wage: $23.00/hour

Schedule:Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00am-5:00pm / Saturdays a 3 hour shift from: 1lam-5pm

Location:Hillsboro OR 97123

Client Bio:

I am a spirited curious and loving child who deeply cares for my family I enjoy new experiences and learning but I also value stability predictability and familiar routines to help me stay regulated.

I have a strong need for sensory input and sometimes use physical behaviors to communicate or explore my environment. Redirecting me calmly providing reassurance and offering structured sensory activities helps me manage my energy and emotions. I respond well to caregivers who are patient consistent and aware of my sensory needs.

Who Were Looking For

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles

Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals bathing or getting ready for the day youll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks shopping trips or community outings helping them connect with the world around them.
Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
