Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Stockholm Sweden. This role will be pivotal in managing projects and operations within our pharmaceutical life science and industrial divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient schedules allocating resources effectively and ensuring smooth operational flow.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for pharmaceutical life science and industrial operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align schedules with overall business objectives
  • Utilise advanced planning and scheduling tools to optimise resource allocation and minimise downtime
  • Monitor project progress identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Analyse scheduling data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all scheduling activities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on schedule performance and resource utilisation
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to align schedules and manage dependencies
  • Continuously update and refine schedules based on changing priorities and resource availability

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling roles preferably within the pharmaceutical life science or industrial sectors
  • Proficiency in project management software ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and resource allocation software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical life science or industrial processes
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the relevant industries
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish or other Scandinavian languages is an advantage
