The Director of Candidate Generation will lead a dynamic team at the forefront of talent this strategic role you will orchestrate the development and execution of a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy ensuring the continuous flow of high-caliber candidates to support our organizational growth. - Work Location: Mandaluyong City
- Work Setup: 2x per week onsite
- Work Hours: 2nd to 3rd Shift (approx. 2PM - 11 PM / 3:00 PM - 12 MN)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy aligned with the organizations goals.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Candidate Generation Team providing guidance mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Train and manage a team of sourcing professionals with a focus on innovation and excellence.
- Set performance expectations track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers recruiters and other stakeholders to understand talent requirements and ensure alignment between sourcing efforts and organizational needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities metrics and the overall health of the candidate pipeline.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
- Implement and experiment with innovative sourcing techniques and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
- Partner with the marketing and communication teams.
- Develop strategies to showcase the company as an employer of choice.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in RPO staffing BPO managed services or high-volume operations.
- Experience working with quality metrics performance metrics and high-volume talent pipelines.
- Prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Experience leading virtual teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
- Strong experience using technology to drive innovation efficiency and workflow optimization.
Exposure:
- Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
