In this pivotal role you will achieve sales targets for leading products by providing education information and support to key healthcare stakeholders. You will also play a crucial part in developing relationships with key opinion leaders and groups of influential healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives aligned to the brand plan
- Promote our products to medical professionals and associated groups
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the field
- Maintain expert knowledge of treatments competitors and evolving market dynamics
- Deliver tailored customer engagement plans for each key account
- Drive Key Account Strategy including segmentation and tactical alignment
- Regularly report on activities sales performance and market intelligence
- Support forecasting through accurate monthly sales information
- Record sales activity according to Sales Force Excellence standards
- Monitor and control promotional budgets within your territory
- Uphold company values and IPHA Code of Practice to enhance our reputation
- Actively participate as a member of the brand and in-field teams; coordinate where needed
Qualifications :
- Primary degree in science nursing or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance and target achievement
- Ability to effectively differentiate and promote in a scientific dynamic environment
- Strong customer focus and proven ability to build relationships
- Experience working within a matrix organization
