Job Summary
Duties to Include:
- Driver Road Testing
- Random Driver Road Evaluations
- Post Collision Remedial Training & Follow-up
- Collision Investigation (Attending Collision Scene)
- Conduct Random Pre-Trip Inspections
- Review Isaac Critical Events Videos & Coaching
- Conduct LCV Training and LCV Road tests
- Random Vehicle Inspections
- Facility Security & C-TPAT/PIP Security Inspections/Audits
- Working closely with Terminal Managers on Driver Training & Compliance Requirements
- Occasional US Border Crossing
- Travel up to 50% - Mainly within Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario
Standard Shift: Mon-Fri-Mainly Days - Some Evening /Night Shifts/Weekends
Qualifications :
- Class 1/A Drivers License with Air Endorsement
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Clean Criminal Record
- LCV Instructor Certification
- Fast Card Qualification
- Must have a good understanding of US & CDN Hours of Service Cargo Securement Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Defensive Driving.
