Manage the product knowledge base for After Sales usage.
Organize the 24/7 Helpdesk function to support regional field service teams direct customers and integrators.
Build and develop the second-level competence team (technology experts).
Create and manage technical documentation for legal compliance and optimize knowledge for service & customer operations.
Drive the feedback loop from the field to R&D & engineering to improve reliability and serviceability.
Organize and manage the technical training center for internal and external customers.

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience) but more than a degree we are looking for personality and experience
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role within an industrial environment.
Skills: Excellent communication teamwork and ability to manage multiple projects.
Languages: Dutch & English fluently spoken and written.
