JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator Project Management Office is primarily responsible for the overall administrative and clerical functions that are critical to the database management of the Universal Creative Project Management tool. This includes maintenance of Vendor access to the Project Management tool troubleshooting Vendor access issues and supporting UC Team Members access to PMO SharePoint sites.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports UC Projects in the Project Management tool by ensuring consistency in Vendor SSO maintenance including but not limited to the creation extension and termination of SSO accounts.
- Support UC Projects in the Project Management tool by providing support to Vendors including but not limited to troubleshooting SSO errors locked accounts and interfacing with SailPoint.
- Support UC Projects by ensuring consistency in PMWeb records including but not limited to PMWeb Company records user account records and assisting in account updates due to Vendor entity changes.
- Support UC Projects by assisting with the Process Development and Implementation (PDI) team in updating previously approved content to the Project Management Office (PMO) SharePoint site updating approved content to the PDI SharePoint site requesting new Project SharePoint Landing Pages and updating and any content unique to that UC Project and maintain the Project SharePoint Landing Pages.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Familiarity with standard concepts practices and procedures within the design and construction field.
- Strong and effective communicator both verbally and written with ability to interface with various departments of the company as well as outside vendors and contractors.
- Possess good organizational analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Detail oriented with proven ability to orchestrate and execute multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment using resources effectively and efficiently.

SCOPE
Supports the Process Development Team by ensuring consistency across Vendor PMWeb accounts updating Vendor account information when changes are required troubleshooting Vendor account errors and requesting creation updates and maintenance of PMO Project SharePoint Landing Pages.
EDUCATION
High school degree or GED is required. Bachelors degree in construction management or project management is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-5 years project management / construction related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software required and PMWeb management system preferred.
