How youll contribute
A Rehabilitation Aide who excels in this role:
- Prepare patients for therapy.
- Assist therapists with patient care activities.
- Maintain department supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and equipment.
- Communicate with staff and public.
- Facilitate front and back-office activities and procedures.
- Comply with attendance/timeliness requirements.
- Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills.
- Participate in professional growth activities.

The Rehabilitation Aide must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.The requirements listed below are below representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- State Drivers License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or Company vehicles for hospital business purposes.
- Previous work or volunteer experience in a hospital or clinical setting with experience in a rehabilitation setting or nursing preferred
Hourly range: $17.95-$24.91
