the role
As Ecommerce COE Manager you will be responsible for leading new product launches & strategic projects for the e-commerce channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting the RTM strategy and leading the scale-up of new launches for the channel
- Reviewing the performance of launched product across platforms & sharing the feedback across stakeholder groups
- Identification of emerging trends market sizing of potential innovations and validating business cases with the support of category innovation/brand team
- Creation and deployment of the long-term technology roadmap for the channel including constant evaluation of industry landscape and BIC practices
- Custodian of all process- led initiatives for the channel
- Partnering with external agencies & internal teams for driving improvements in on-shelf performance and profitability metrics
- SPOC for all cross-functional projects & vendor partnerships
Qualification and Experience:
- 4-5 years of post-MBA experience
- Prior experience in e-commerce acceleration projects or RTM consulting
Skills Required
- Agility able to execute rapidly and effectively in complex environment strong results orientation
- Consumer & customer obsessed strong interest in the e-com space instinct always to take the consumer perspective.
- Data driven strong analytical skills and strategic thinking able to use structured thinking to diagnose issues assess options and develop recommendations.
- Proven project management expertise. Ability to work with cross-functional teams with strong task and time management skills
