Job Purpose |
The TM Digital Business Analyst role entails the meticulous gathering analysis and precise documentation of the progress and performance of various digital transformation initiatives. This position will primarily focus on the adoption and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI technologies across the organization. This role focuses on researching emerging AI trends designing and implementing innovative AI solutions and enabling cross-departmental teams to leverage AI for digital transformation. The Analyst will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities develop scalable AI applications and ensure successful adoption of advanced AI technologies. |

- Actively research emerging market trends that are relevant for the digitization journey of HIL and proactively provide insights to Lead PMO and CDIO POV digital strategies and adoption best practices.

GenAI & Agentic AI | - Lead initiatives to identify evaluate and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions that address business challenges and create value.
- Design prototype and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows for various business use cases.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI LLMs and agentic AI and proactively recommend relevant technologies for adoption.

Cross-Departmental AI Enablement | - Partner with multiple departments to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- Develop and deliver training workshops and documentation to build AI literacy and adoption across teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and change management.

Project Documentation | - Under the leadership of Lead PMO create and maintain detailed accurate and up-to-date project documentation including project assessment documents project plans areas of improvement corrective actions meeting minutes and decision logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Translate business needs into conceptual digital project to be evaluated by CDIO.

Data Analysis and Reporting | - Analyze project data key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to provide insights into project outcomes against predefined objectives including scope schedule budget quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze project data and AI adoption metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement
- Deliver accurate and insightful reports and dashboards to the Lead PMO for tracking the status and performance of the project portfolio.
- Present data analysis findings in a format that is easy to understand for relevant stakeholders.

Project Performance review: | - Actively support the CDIO in project performance review and assessment through utilization of data analysis techniques to identify trends patterns and potential risks within projects to enable proactive decision-making and risk mitigation strategies.

Process Improvement | - Identify and suggest best practices for process improvement within project management practices tools and methodologies and work with the Lead PMO to streamline workflows increase efficiency and drive project success.
- Work collaboratively with other Analyst to ensure process improvements are mutually beneficial

Communication & reporting | - Be a conduit between other departments and PMO for easy flow of information and data.
- Build impressive dashboards and reports that provide real time information and support the Lead PMO in timely decision making.
