ABOUT YOU
Were looking for a Backend Developer experienced in PHP and Go to help evolve our Monetization platforms. You will work on both new microservices and existing legacy PHP systems improving stability performance and architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using PHP (legacy modern) and Go.
- Refactor stabilize and migrate legacy PHP codebases to modern architectures.
- Design scalable APIs and microservices for high-availability systems.
- Optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL queries schemas and data models.
- Improve performance reliability and observability across distributed services.
- Collaborate with product frontend and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5 years backend experience with PHP and/or Go.
- Proven experience working with legacy PHP systems and leading refactoring or migration efforts.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs microservices and database design.
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with backend testing and monitoring tools.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Redis Kafka RabbitMQ
- Background in gaming fintech or high-load platforms.
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
$100000 - $130000 a year
