Job Summary

Licensed Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LP) Mississippi

Sageberry Psychology is seeking a licensed independently practicing clinician to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work remote hybrid or in-person. We are looking for a therapist committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based care within a supportive and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and monitor client progress
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with clients to establish goals and evaluate outcomes
Participate in team meetings consultations and professional development
Comply with all legal ethical and HIPAA standards
Maintain active licensure and continuing education

Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or related field
Current independent license in Mississippi (LPC LCSW or LP)
Experience with diverse client populations preferred
Proficiency with EHR systems
Strong communication organization and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
