Key Responsibilities
- Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions on technology adoption infrastructure and cost impacts.
- Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both business and technical stakeholders ensuring clear ownership and accountability for projects.
Must-have Skills
- 5 years of iOS development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiar with data structure system design design patterns API designs MVPor MVVM declarative UI Git and DevOps.
- Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services GraphQL Firebase etc is a plus.
- Have published two or more iOS apps.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape architectures trends and emerging technologies
- The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or related subject.
