Position: Caregiver - 2072R

Starting Wage: $23.00/hour

Schedule:Monday-Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm

Location:Portland Oregon 97213

Client Bio:

I am high-energy outgoing and love engaging with others. I enjoy playing with puzzles magnets blocks and role-playing activities like pretending to be a doctor. Ive made great strides in reading and enjoy interactive learning activities.

I do best with caregivers who can match my energy provide consistent redirection and use positive strategies to support compliance. I benefit from someone with experience managing aggressive behaviors and who can provide guidance and structure while keeping interactions fun and engaging.

Who Were Looking For

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles

Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals bathing or getting ready for the day youll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks shopping trips or community outings helping them connect with the world around them.
Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
