The WTW Alternative Asset Insurance Solution (AAIS) group provides a full spectrum of commercial insurance employee benefits and transactional services for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. The AAIS engagement with a client begins with due diligence in evaluating the costs liabilities and exposures of potential acquisitions. Ensuring that during the diligence phase broking teams are delivering the full WTW value. After close WTW manages the portfolio companys insurance program through the private equity firms hold period and during a sale process ensures the proper steps are taken for a seamless transaction with on overall objective of maintaining WTW services in place after close with new ownership team. This position supports AAIS Producers and Diligence teams by managing the conversion of the portfolio company to a WTW client management of the portfolio company programs post-closing and supporting post-closing and renewal placement needs.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $275000.00 - $315000.00 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
