The Opportunity
Reporting to the MHWA Board and Monash Universitys designated MHWA Board Member the Associate Professor / Professor (Practice) and Executive Director will co-lead the establishment and delivery of Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work Australia (MHWA) as Australias national centre for workplace mental health. The role focuses on providing visionary leadership translating evidence into practice and fostering collaboration across government industry and academia to influence policy and create mentally healthy high-performing workplaces.
