Job summary
Youll build the core APIs and microservicesthat power DigiCerts AI Security & Trust Infrastructure distributed systems that handle trust signals identity validation and real-time event processing.
What you will do
- Design and develop event-driven microservicesand API-driven workflows.
- Implement scalable observable and secure backend services.
- Contribute to data modeling caching and performance optimization.
- Integrate distributed components with identity and trust layers.
- Partner with infrastructure and security engineers to ensure deployability and resilience.
- Use modern AI-assisted development workflowsto maintain velocity and clarity.
- Participate in design reviews code reviews and incident postmortems.
What you will have
- 4 years of experience building cloud-native backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go Python or Rust.
- Experience designing distributed microserviceswith REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with streaming or messaging systems(Kafka NATS or Pub/Sub).
- Experience with Postgres Redis or NoSQLdatabases.
- Understanding of Kubernetes Terraform and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of TLS PKI DNSSEC or DANEis desirable.
- Excellent debugging performance tuning and systems-thinking skills.
