The primary objectives are supporting generation of FAIR research data and development of software for automated platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish a rigorous data structure for reporting experiments both manual and automated
Improve an existing automation platform and expand its capabilities
Establish and generate thorough and general automation software
Maintenance of lab or equipment or supplies that include procurement and liaison with suppliers
Assist or produce high quality reports and documents that consolidate research findings
Contribute to the mentoring and guidance of junior researchers and students fostering an environment of learning and innovation within the project team.
Job Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in python and software development
Experience with laboratory automation
Skilled in database applications
Experience in version control
Experience with process control systems is beneficial
Capable of conducting independent research while effectively collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.
