Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain laser screed equipment to ensure accurate and precise concrete placement
Work closely with project managers and customers to meet project deadlines
Maintain a safe work environment by following all company and OSHA safety guidelines
Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
Assist with other construction duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

3 years of experience as a Laser Screed Operator or a min of 3 years in the concrete industry
Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
