Job Summary

LVN Austin State Supported Living Center -2203 W. 35th Austin Texas 78703

Responsibilities:
Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry Receive full training
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically Joint Commission guidelines CMS Standards ASH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards Rules and Directives.

Shifts:
Evenings - 6a-230p 2p-1030p 10p-630a
All shifts include a 30 min unpaid lunch break
40 hours/week
Every other weekend required

Pay Rate: 32/Hr
