What Youll Do as a Case Manager Supervisor

• Provide first-line supervision support and guidance to assigned Case Managers
• Deliver Social Service Workerlevel supportive counseling and behavior management services
• Teach skill-building support behavior modification and promote consequence awareness
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery
• Maintain compliance with agency policies documentation standards and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Note: Applicants under the working toward SSW pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

• Associates degree or equivalent and working toward SSW licensure
• Bachelors degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
• Bachelors degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Additional Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Basic understanding of Social Work principles
• Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
• Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
