Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Bon Secours Hospital Cork
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role carries responsibility for recruitment across Cork Tralee and our Care Village supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care by ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent.

The Role
Partnering with managers across multiple sites to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Support onboarding and induction programmes to set new hires up for success.
Ensure compliance with employment law and recruitment policies.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Bon Secours as an Employer of Choice.
Qualifications
Essential: Thirdlevel qualification (NFQ Level 7 or above) in Human Resource Management or a related field; orQQI Level 5/6 qualification with substantial and relevant experience.
Desirable: CIPD qualification; Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field.
Experience:
3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex multi department organisation.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements.
Experience in Workday or similar ATS
Experience in Healthcare Environment (Desirable)
Particulars of Office
Contract: Full-time permanent
Salary: Negotiable (commensurate with experience)
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum pro rata
