We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients throughout North East Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County PA.
We have Full Time positions available! Day-time shifts and great work/life balance!
What youll do:
As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN) you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA RN you will:
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Performing assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures and comfort care.
- Monitoring clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Following up with executing and properly documenting doctors orders.
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
What you should have:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ.
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed but not required. We will train you.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- A calm and reassuring presence active listening skills excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated with compassion excellence and reliability.
