業務内容
顧客医療従事者患者さん視点を常に意識しより高い顧客満足につながる対応を実践する
薬機法個人情報保護法など関連法規や業務マニュアルを遵守し業務を行う
電話及び社内システムを使用し患者さんの製品の在庫状況を確認し配送日を設定する
社内システムへの受注出荷データの入力医療機関向けレポートを作成送付する
医療機関や代理店から処方箋を入手し品名数量等の内容を確認した上で出荷処理を行う
処方内容に関する確認や問い合わせ対応を行う医療機関社内関係部門との連携含む
業務スケジュールの作成業務の優先順位付けを行い効率的に業務を遂行する
配送コストなど業務に関連するコスト意識を持ち業務を遂行する
