Job Summary

The E&I Cryogenic Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance repair and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems in cryogenic environments and conduct maintenance processes of package gases plants and Bulk tankers (whitepart) and Fixed tanks (AG & CO2) to achieve the performance objectives in terms of safety reliability and cost effectiveness according to industry standards country regulation Maintenance plans and Air Liquide standards in addition to supervision of new projects for E&I engineering scope. The E&I Maintenance Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to support maintenance activities optimize system performance and minimize equipment downtimeresponsible for managing optimizing and ensuring the efficient operation of telemetry systems within the assigned geography. This role involves working with internal teams suppliers and external stakeholders to implement maintain and troubleshoot telemetry infrastructure ensuring its alignment with business objectives

- Oversee maintenance calibration and testing of instruments and control systems in cryogenic processes.

- Plan and implement preventive corrective and predictive maintenance programs; manage emergency and breakdown situations.

- Implement and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

- Manage E&I modifications and new installations; prepare technical studies for approvals.

- Support procurement by ensuring timely availability and qualification of spare parts and suppliers.

- Supervise and develop a team of technicians; set objectives evaluate performance and ensure proper training.

- Define and monitor E&I maintenance budgets; optimize cost efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards and maintain accurate documentation.

- Act as Data Owner for telemetry units; supervise installations and ensure continuous reliable signal transmission.

Support new projects customer awareness initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Are you a MATCH

- Engineering degree with experience of 5 to 7 years

- Solid knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance electrical systems and instrumentation

- Experience with cryogenic equipment gas analyzers and telemetry systems

- Proficiency in DCS/PLC programming (ABB Siemens) wiring diagrams P&ID

- Calibration and testing of instrumentation

- Strong Safety knowledge

- Cairo Resident

- Advanced English language
