An F&D Guest Relations Team Member engages with our Guests throughout the entire F&D experience. The F&D Guest Relations Team is always prepared to respond to Guest requests during their meals plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role.
What will I be doing
As an F&D Guest Relations Team Member you will serve on the Food & Drinks Team. An F&D Guest Relations Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our guests and therefore is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and Welcome Guests: Ensure a warm and friendly reception for all guests.
