Job Summary

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations compliance and organizational development. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership and ensure HR practices support business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for all departments

  • Establish and maintain performance management systems

  • Handle employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

  • Manage payroll social insurance attendance and labor law compliance

  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth

  • Update and enforce HR policies procedures and internal regulations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Partner with senior leadership to build a strong inclusive work culture

  • Oversee organizational structure and workforce planning



Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)

  • Minimum 5 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (specific to Egypt/Gulf if applicable)

  • Proven experience in recruitment talent development and organizational design

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
