The Project Coordinator will be fostering collaboration with project managers and programme teams to support the seamless delivery of all Scale and Outreach projects in alignment with strategic objectives. The incumbent will also play a key role in knowledge management capturing learnings and maintaining updated documentation to support scalability and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Project Coordination:
- Supporting event schedulingand expenditures.
- Coordinate meetings and communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration to ensure cohesive projects implementation.
- Working effectively with other departments (i.e. finance marketing) to effectively plan and implement training.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly team meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain filing systems as requested per project.
- Provide administrative and logistics support at key project activities/events.
- Team travel bookings: internal & external.
- Support procurement and logistics for project activities.
- Coordinate all team site visits.
- Handle all queries effectively and efficiently within a reasonable time frame.
- Demonstrate professionalism when handling queries
