Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assess current client business and operations processes identify opportunities for improvement and document potential gaps
Facilitate discussion to solidify functional requirements in adequate detail for transition to configuration
Serve as an interpreter between the technical team and the client translating information system specifications into related business requirements that non-technical audiences can understand
Lead EHS topic discussions to understand clients business process gaps and developing road maps for advancement in their programs
Lead configuration of enterprise-level commercial off-the-shelf software(Enablon) to meet delivery and deployment requirements
Identify document and delegate completion of business requirements
Participate in resourcing discussions to determine best fit for the identified project activities
Ensure execution of configuration activities to meet project delivery milestones
As applicable based on the project team assignment function as liaison between client project teams and technical implementation associates
Regularly interact and communicate with clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues resolution
Create or review project documentation
Maintain Quality assurance and testing templates
Create Training guides
Coordinate maintenance-related activities post go-live
Essential:
2 to 5 years of experience in EHS Enablon implementation
Functional experience and problem-solving skills in the following EHS modules: Incident Management Health and Safety Management Environment Management and other modules like occupational health product safety etc.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or related degree required Masters degree a plus.
Preferred:
Experience with Data migration and implementation activities
Exposure to COTS Product like Enablon/Intelex/Cority
Experience in NabSic Coding
Additional Skills:
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must have ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
