As an Application Lead you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements overseeing the development process and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and methodologies.- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and practices.- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.- Experience in performance testing and optimization of ETL processes.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
