Job Summary

About the Role:
Join our dynamic investment banking team as an Analyst supporting deal execution financial research and client deliverables. The ideal candidate is a recent MBA/ graduate with strong analytical communication and teamwork skills eager to build a career in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior bankers in financial modeling company valuation (DCF comparable analysis) and pitchbook preparation.
Conduct in-depth industry and company research; analyze financial statements and market trends.
Assist in preparing client presentations investment memos and due diligence reports.
Track and analyze deal flow transaction databases and market activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A fundraising and IPO transactions.
Maintain accurate documentation and project management trackers.
Stay updated on capital markets regulatory changes and sector news.

Key Requirements:

MBA (Finance) or with strong academic record (202224 batch preferred).
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication presentation and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated teamwork leadership and problem-solving skills.
Prior internships/projects in finance banking or research (preferred but not mandatory).
Certifications (NISM/NCFM/CFM) are a plus.
Passion for financial markets and investment banking.
