Senior Specialist Recruitment Consultant
- Develop maintain and enhance Java-based applications and services across complex systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable efficient and secure software solutions.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- Mentor Junior Developers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews testing and quality assurance processes to maintain high coding standards.
- Support the integration of applications with databases APIs and third-party systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline management and automation using Bamboo or similar tools.
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases and maintain Linux-based application environments.
Requirements:
- 57 years experience in software development with Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Java JavaScript ( Angular and TypeScript) HTML & CSS.
- Experience with WildFly Bamboo and Linux environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and resolving production issues.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with back-end and front-end frameworks including and Angular.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and general computing fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
