We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design testing and optimisation of high-performance radio-frequency systems. You will work across the full development lifecycle from concept through to validation ensuring robust and reliable RF performance in our products.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design simulate and optimise RF circuits subsystems and antennas
Develop schematic designs and work closely with Layout Engineers on RF PCB designs
Perform RF measurements and characterisation using VNAs spectrum analysers signal generators and related lab equipment
Support prototyping bring-up troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Conduct RF modelling link-budget analysis and system-level performance evaluation
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EMC regulatory and safety)
Prepare technical documentation test reports and design reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Firmware Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineers

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Electronic Engineering Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or a related field
Strong understanding of RF and microwave fundamentals
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA spectrum analyser power meters etc.)
Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g. ADS HFSS CST and Microwave Office)
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and documentation abilities
