Reporting to: Plant Controller
Contract: 12 months

Main purpose of the role
The Controlling graduate is responsible for assisting the controlling team in order to guarantee and optimise the plants financial performance and competitiveness. Supports the Controlling team on the following activities:
Essential responsibilities and duties
As a Controlling graduate your main responsibilities are as follow:
- Assist in ensuring compliance to all financial procedures
- Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow inventory routings ) and internal control basics
- Assist in providing reliable financial / controlling information
- Providing data for budget periodic forecast and other reporting
- Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting ensuring reliability consistency and transparency
- Update information into the ERP System
- Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs margin/programs plant budgetary control.
- Collaborate with Shared Service Centre obtaining/providing proper finance information
- Contribute to the control and management of the plants operating cashflow (capex inventories overdues)

Qualifications and position requirements
- Education: National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or finance
- Knowledge and experience:
- 1 year experience in the automotive industry.
- Languages: Good communication and computer skills
Leadership competences: As an employee promote Being Faurecia Respect of Faurecia code of ethics (Entrepreneurial mindset autonomy and accountability fairness and respect) Knowledge of Employee Empowerment (EE) basics
