Responsibilities:
Adherence to all quality health & safety information security and business continuity policies.
Monitor and manage inventory levels ensuring optimal stock availability at all times.
Conduct regular stock checks cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Coordinate with suppliers to order replenish and follow up on stock deliveries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock transactions in the system.
Prepare and submit inventory reports to management as required.
Work closely with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
Ensure proper handling labeling and storage of all materials.
Comply with safety regulations and support cost-effective inventory management.
Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field.
2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of stock management processes and inventory systems.
