Head of Product and Pricing

About the role

Shape the future of Chubb Lifes products pricing and performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (Group Finance) this is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our strategy where insight influence and innovation drive commercial and customer outcomes.

Youll lead a capable team of Product Managers and Actuarial Analysts setting direction providing clarity and creating an environment where great people do their best work. Its a role with real scope: strategic visibility global connection and the freedom to make change happen.

In this key role youll

• Own Chubb Lifes product and pricing strategy from design to delivery.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive growth and customer value.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and standards.
• Ensure our products remain competitive compliant and commercially sound.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all product lines.

To be successful and grow in this role you will ideally bring the following

• Proven track record in shaping and executing product strategy development and lifecycle management within the life insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong background in pricing methodologies actuarial analysis and financial modeling with a history of driving profitable business outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Skilled in managing and influencing relationships with executive leadership global teams and key stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements compliance standards and governance frameworks relevant to life insurance products and pricing.
