Job Summary
Job Description – AI Architect (6–10 Years)
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced AI Architect with 6–10 years of expertise to design build and implement enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and hands-on experience in MLOps and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Architect end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines model development deployment monitoring and governance.
Lead the setup of MLOps frameworks for CI/CD model versioning reproducibility drift detection and lifecycle management.
Evaluate and select AI/ML tools frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Work closely with data engineering product and business teams to drive AI adoption.
Mentor ML engineers data scientists and developers.
Ensure compliance with data security responsible AI and regulatory standards.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies research and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering data science or AI architecture.
Strong proficiency in Python and enterprise-level coding practices.
Deep experience with TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn.
Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI / Azure ML.
Strong understanding of data engineering distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of big data tools: Spark Kafka Hadoop.
Strong foundation in statistics probability algebra optimization and algorithms.
Experience designing scalable reliable and cost-efficient systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI governance model explainability and responsible AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes and distributed training.
Open-source contributions patents or AI/ML publications.
Experience with Generative AI (LLMs transformers prompt engineering).
Soft Skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
