Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Nursing Attendant I for a job in New York NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide supportive care to pediatric patients including hygiene mobility and comfort needs.
Assist with feeding safety supervision and age-appropriate patient support.
Record vital signs intake/output and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean safe environment following pediatric infection-control practices.
Assist nurses with routine procedures and daily care tasks.
Float to various units within the Childrens Nursing Department as needed.
Requirements:
Active New York State CNA license (Required).
Minimum 1 year of CNA/Nursing Attendant experience.
High School Diploma or GED (Required).
Must be willing to float across units.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with pediatric populations.
