- Average total compensation of $80000 includes base salary commission and tips for 30 service hours/week.
- Base rate of $28 to $32 per 50-minute per massage.
- Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30 and it increases with upgrades.
- Active Massage Therapy license
- Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
- Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each clients needs
- Create a welcoming friendly and professional client experience
- Follow our Key Ingredients standard to educate and empower clients
- Communicate effectively with clients team members and management
- Participate in ongoing training workshops and webinars
- Within 24 hours A live team member will reach out to all licensed applicants.
- Within 48 hours: Well schedule an in-person interview
- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete
