Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers designers and coordinators in the design and development of curtain wall and cladding systems
- Act as the key point of contact with project teams on design deliverables
- Address reviewers / approval authority comments on design submissions and resolve queries
- Manage designs by external Consultants Subcontractors and/or Site Based Designers
- Verify designs meet Clients specifications under the contract for Contractors designs
- Manage the preparation of technical submissions working closely with respective construction teams
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder inStructural / Civil Engineering or Architecture
- At least 10 years relevant experience
- Min 3 years previous hospital / major building experience
- Site based role
- Knowledge and Experience in steelwork and façade design and construction best practices.
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese preferred
