What Youll Do

As Head of Quality for our Zhuhai operations you will take primary responsibility for the effective operation of the Quality function across the site. Youll provide strong leadership drive a culture of quality and continuously improve the quality of our vehicles. This includes managing supplier quality issues leading problem-solving activities and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a proven quality leader with deep knowledge of quality operations processes and lean manufacturing principles. Youll have experience with APQP/PPAP Six Sigma/8D methodologies and ISO 9001 management. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential along with the ability to manage projects resolve conflicts and lead change initiatives.

Bonus if you have:

• Relevant engineering or quality certifications
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
