Job Summary
The beautifulDiplomatBeach Resort Hollywood Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Steward Supervisor to join their team!This 1000-room oceanfront resort is a beautiful getaway with two beachside pools a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids and 1000 linear feet of alabaster beach offering stunning views delicious dining options and endless sunshine to guests!
In this position you will be one of three supervisors report to the stewarding manager and overseeing a team of 56 union stewards.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years previous hotel stewarding experience!

What will I be doing
As a Steward Supervisor you would be responsible for supervising utility stewards dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise support and monitor utility stewards dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant service
- Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings
- Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments
- Ensure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified
- Schedule assign daily work inform and train team members
- Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
