Marketing Coordinator l Full Time $80000
Opportunity:
We are a dynamic direct trade store specialising in concrete supplies trade hardware and industrial solutions. Backed by 16 years of industry experience and strong networks our business is driven by a hands-on owner with a genuine approach a can do attitude and a strong focus on delivering quality products and service to our customers and team.
We are now looking for a motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our small friendly team and make a real impact in growing the business.
About the Role:
- Plan execute and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate and support promotions product launches and marketing events.
- Maintain and update website and social media accounts.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and report insights.
- Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials (brochures email campaigns social media content).
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing calendars schedules and project timelines.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and assist with budgeting and invoice processing.
Experience:
- 23 years of experience in a marketing or social media role within a similar industry.
- Understanding of standard social media and SEO principles.
- Experience with WordPress website management.
- Proficiency with HIKE Adobe Creative Suite Canva Mailchimp or similar programs is highly regarded.
- Strong professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Above-average Excel skills and Office 365 experience including Teams.
- Accuracy attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
