Position Summary
The Premium Runner will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced high volume environment assisting Catering and Suite Servers.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand suite orders amd banquet event orders.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in suites club spaces and event areas throughout the ballpark.
- Assist with set up catering stations buffets beverage areas and suites according to event specifications and presentation standards.
- Assistwith breakdown of catering setupsincludingdisposing of waste and returning equipment.
- Assistwith breakdown ofsuitessetups including disposing of waste and returning equipment.
- Assistingsetup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-order
- Must be detail oriented to ensure that work isaccurateand complete.
- Follow all food safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors servers bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Initiate andmaintainfriendly and professional contact with guests ensuring that all needs areanticipatedand met.
- Havea high levelof social contact. Ability to work closely with staff and dealoften with patrons.
- Handle guest concerns or special requests courteously and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Ability tomutli-task and work independently during slower times
- Ability to help provide a safe and clean work environment for boththe frontand back of the house.
- Must have a customer-focusedpositiveand professional attitude.
- Ability to read with oral and written communications skills in the English language.
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic (addition subtractionmultiplicationand division).
- Must be able to stand forextendedperiods of time.
- Ability to bend stretchtwistor reach outtothe bodyarmsand/or legs.
- Ability to handle and move objects.
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 30lbsoften.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule including nightsweekendsand holidays.
- You mustbe punctual with consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED strong preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events banquets or restaurants preferred.
- Must be able to obtain food handling and alcohol safety certification.
- Must be able to complete background check.
