Job Summary:
The Manager II will work closely with customers (OEMs tier 1s etc.) and internal teams to support commercial activity related to powertrain products. Role responsibilities include: acting as a main point of contact for customers ensuring timely response to customer inquiries preparing sales reports and summaries identifying growth opportunity and working closely with internal teams to manage commercial activity related to assigned powertrain products.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and open to learning powertrain product specifications and manufacturing processes so as to communicate confidently with knowledgeable customers. Must additionally have technical prowess to recognize new product opportunity that will grow Astemo future product target areas of business.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
Experience: 5 - 7 years experience in: sales engineering program management or business development. Automotive powertrain experience preferred. Experience working within customer portals preferred.
Job level determined by various factors such as organization size responsibility career stage and capabilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A (potential for development)
Working conditions:
Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel: Domestic and international travel required.
