Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide quality in-home care to our clients in Pinckney MI. As a Home Health Aide you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help clients with mobility and transferring safely
- Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients condition or behavior to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures to ensure client well-being
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to client care
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Pinckney MI
- Must pass background check and drug screening
