Job Summary
42-bed unit EOW Floating Required 50% of Holidays Team Nursing (see Below)We transitioned to having nurse/tech teams of 7 patients with the nurse responsible for assessments and medications techs responsible for lab draws ambulation assistance hourly rounding etc and then a nurse navigator assigned to help with admissions and discharges. We have also had a medication nurse in the morning2 years exp required!50% weekends and holidays on required ACLS accept 1st time travelers/ 1 year exp OK!Needs at least Trauma II expRatios:Day- 1:5Night- 1:6Profession:Registered NurseSpecialty:Medical Surgical
