Job Summary
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets (e.g. DPC data claims EHR) to identify trends inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations for clients.
- Design and develop dashboards visualizations and reports to support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to shape hospital transformation strategies using data as a core foundation.
- Support the development of proprietary tools and products for analytics.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in data analytics preferably within healthcare consulting or life sciences.
- Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from data and communicate their commercial or clinical relevance effectively.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL Python or R.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data insights.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 for non-native speakers) and business-level proficiency in English.
- Bachelors or masters degree in data science Statistics Health Informatics Public Health or a related field.
